سيفتتح بمدينه الرياض فندق الرتز كارلتون الشهير، في طريق الملك خالد بجانب مركز الملك عبدالعزيز للمؤتمرات.. ولكن لم يعلن رسمياً في موقعهم متى سيكون الافتتاح علماً بأن اللافتات وضعت.
