The idea of Maison Bo-M was born in 2009 and it opened its door on 05.05.2010. Maison Bo-M is an “atelier” in constant evolution where Art meets Fashion and “Old meets New” focusing on creativity, artist collaborations and special projects with designers. The logo inspired from old black and white lithography (“gravures”) was designed by Surface to Air studio, Paris.
Maison Bo-M flagship offers different ambiance on 3 floors.
The Café in the basement is designed to be a sweet home and a friendly place to chill out. It takes its inspiration from Soho downtown, NYC with walls decorated with red bricks. Besides, the café shop offers delicatessen food, books, magazines, gift items, gadgets, homeware and art pieces.
The ground floor, also called “Le Salon” is dedicated to the chic and luxury room where fashion accessories are displayed in antic cabinets from the 18th century.
Additionally, Maison Bo-M reserves a corner for special installations with designers and artists.
The decoration was inspired by the Parisian apartments in Saint Germain des Pres district in Paris.
The staircase with Fornasetti iconic face wallpaper leads to the first floor called “Contemporary playground”. That floor took inspiration from Alice in the wonderland and offers surprises such as hidden windows and fitting room. It has a vibrant vibe thanks to the contemporary designers, emerging talents and ethnic items.
